Pumpkin Seeds

rinsing optional
Oil of your choice

we use Avocado Oil
Salt

we use sea salt

Instructions

1 Collect your pumpkin seeds from your pumpkin.
2 Pull out the big chunks or pieces of pumpkin so just the seeds remain
3 Rinse the pumpkin seeds (this is optional)
4 Place seeds in a bowl
5 For every cup of seeds, add 1 TBSP oil, 1 TSP salt, and mix together.
6 Place on a baking sheet
7 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
8 Cool and serve
