
Prime Rib Chili
This easy-to-make prime rib chili uses deliciously tender chunks of prime rib
roast leftovers and my homemade chili seasoning mix. Add some sautéed onion and
garlic, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, and three types of beans for a
wonderful leftover dinner.
