2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz St. Germain
1/3 cup Freshly squeezed orange juice (blood oranges if in season)
Ginger Beer
Pomegranate Arils for garnish
Fresh Mint for garnish

Instructions

1 Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
2 Add the vodka, elderflower liquor, and clementine juice. Top with ginger beer.
Add the pomegranates and mint. Enjoy!
