Instructions

1 In a mixing glass, combine chenin blanc, lemon simple syrup, and orange juice.
Stir well. Fill a large glass with ice, then pour the mixture over the ice. Top
with a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with a fresh orange slice. Add a fun
straw if desired and enjoy!
2 Mix lemon juice, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat until the
sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool and store in an airtight
container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
