1 pound asparagus - 12-15 medium spears 1/2"-3/4" thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
6-8 thin slices prosciutto

see note* (half the number of asparagus spears preparing)
black pepper and or your favorite salt-free seasonings
DO NOT SALT - the prosciutto is very salty, so NO additional salt is needed.
