3 pounds
chicken legs
skinned
salt and pepper
2 cloves
garlic
minced
2 tablespoons
gluten free dairy free ketchup
preferably fruit juice sweetened
1 cup
honey
1/2 cup
gluten free soy sauce

Instructions

Season the skinned chicken legs with salt and pepper. Place into you slow
cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover
and cook 6-8 hours on low, stirring once or twice to mix up which legs or down
in the sauce. (I know, lifting the lid is usually a no-no, but do it on this
recipe.)
