🧂 Ingredients

1 In a shaker filled with ice, put the bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup
2 Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds
3 In an Old Fashioned glass, put a large ice cube (or omit the ice cube if you
don't have a large one)
4 Pour the mixture through a fine sieve and into the glass
5 Then, take a spoon, turn it upside down, dip the tip of the spoon into the
cocktail and gently drip the red wine over the back of the spoon
6 The red wine should remain suspended above the bourbon
7 Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
