Instructions

1 Dice pears then add to pot on medium heat on stovetop with all other
ingredients. Allow to simmer 25 minutes until consistency is thicker than juice.
Strain through cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and cool. Refrigerate.
2 Place all fresh ingredients in tin with ice and shake. Double strain over ice
into rocks glass. Garnish cocktail with pear wheel and lemon twist, if desired.
