🧂 Ingredients

2 cups softened butter
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
5 cups all purpose flour
8 ounches semi-sweet chocolate

melted

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 375°F
2 In mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar
3 Continue to beat until fluffy, about 5 minutes
4 Add flour and mix well
5 Roll into 1-inch balls and press down onto cookie sheet
6 Bake for 18 minutes, or until light brown
7 When cool, dip half the cookie into the melted chocolate
