Beaten rice
chewda
3 1/2 oz
Coconut
nariyal, grated
3 1/2 oz
jaggery (gurj
finely scraped
1 oz
Black gram
urad dal, fried
1/2 tbsp
Green cardamom
choti elaichi powder

Instructions

Squeeze the coconut with the palm so that it is absolutely dry. Mix in the
jaggery.

Add the beaten rice, black gram, and green cardamom powder; mix well.

Serve after 20 minutes.
