🧂 Ingredients

⅓ Cup Shortening
½ Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ¾ Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas

about 2 bananas
½ Cup Walnuts

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350°
2 Cream together shortening & sugar. Add egg and beat well.
3 Sift together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt)
4 Add to your creamed mixture alternating with the mashed banana.
5 Stir in the nuts (optional)
6 Pour into well greased loaf pan.
7 Bake 40-45 min until done. Cool on a rack.
8 Slather some butter and drizzle that honey! Enjoy all that is good in the world!
