Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

These crispy air fryer sweet potato fries are so addictive, and you won't miss

black pepper enhances the natural sweetness of the sweet potatoes.

Instructions

1 Chop the two ends of the sweet potato and peel the skin off.
2 Cut it into 1/2-inch thick fries. You can adjust the thickness depending on your
preferences.
3 Place the fries into a medium bowl. Add olive oil, cumin, and sweet paprika.
Combine and coat the fries evenly.
4 Place them in a single layer into the air fryer basket
5 Cook for 14 minutes at 400°F, turn the fries halfway. You may need to adjust the
timing depending on the thickness of the fries.
6 Once the fries are ready, sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Serve them
with your favorite dipping sauce
7 In a food processor, combine avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar,
parsley, dill, chives, onion, salt and, pepper. Pulse in short spurts until they
combined.
8 Add a little milk until the desired consistency is reached
9 Cover and keep in the refrigerator. Serve chilled; consume within 3-5 days.
