Gluten Free Cheesecake Brownies with Dulce de Leche

🧂 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 package softened cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup dulce de leche

Instructions

• 1 Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
• 2 Add wet ingredients, stir to combine.
• 3 Set aside.
• 4 Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy and thoroughly
  combined.
• 5 Spread brownie batter into greased square pan.
• 6 Carefully spread cheesecake mixture on top of brownie batter.
• 7 Put the dulce de leche in a Ziploc bag and cut off the tip.
• 8 Using like a pastry bag, make lines across the cheesecake mixture.
• 9 Take a knife and drag it through the lines to create ripples.
• 10 Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
