🧂 Ingredients

½ cup powdered sugar

(66 grams)
¼ cup cocoa

(20 grams)
⅝ cup powdered milk (affiliate link)

(½ cup plus 2 tablespoons) (55 grams)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

1 Blend mixture together. Store with vanilla bean if desired.
2 Scoop 3 tablespoons mix (25 grams) into a mug. Stir in 8 ounces/227 grams/1 cup
of boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Let thicken slightly for about a minute
before drinking.
