2 slices
cheddar cheese

avocado sliced

tomato sliced
black pepper

egg

handful lettuce
2 tablespoons
melted butter

Instructions

Place your bread slices into the non-stick pan over medium heat. Paint the bread
the surface with the melted butter and keep turning them over till they are
crisp and golden brown.

Fold in the sliced cheese, tomato, avocado, egg, and lettuce. Place the other
slice over it and cover the pan. Let it cook for 4 minutes and serve.
