Cold Brew Coffee in a Mason Jar

• 27.05 fl oz Cold water

  filtered
• 2.82 oz Coffee beans

  coarse ground

Instructions

• 1 Filter 27.05 fl oz Cold water.
• 2 Weigh 2.82 oz Coffee beans and grind (coarse ground).
• 3 Place the cold brew jar on your coffee scale.
• 4 Add the ground coffee to the filter inserted in the mason jar and tare.
• 5 Pour in the filtered water.
• 6 Close the jar and place it into the fridge.
• 7 Let it steep between 6 and 12 hours.
• 8 Unscrew the lid and remove the filter filled with wet coffee from the jar.
• 9 Allow it to drain briefly before removing it completely from the Mason jar to
  avoid discarding too much cold brew.
• 10 Pour into a glass and enjoy.
