Homemade Peanut Butter Dog Treats

🧂 Ingredients

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
¼ cup Oatmeal

quick-cooking
¼ cup Oranic Dried Cranberries

finely chopped
1 cup Peanut Butter

unsalted, no sugar, natural
¾ cup cooked sweet potato puree or canned pumpkin puree
⅓ cup Water

Instructions

1 Preheat your oven to 350℉.
2 Stir the flour, oatmeal and cranberries together in a large bowl. Set aside.
3 In a seperate medium bowl, stir the peanut butter, sweet potato puree and water
together. Add to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
4 Turn dough onto a lightly-floured surface and knead until it comes together.
Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut with any desired cookie cutter.
5 Place treats on an ungreased cookie sheet, ½ inch apart, and bake 19 to 22
minutes (for smaller 1 in. cookies) OR 25 to 28 minutes (for larger 3 in.
cookies). For a crispier cookie, turn the oven off after baking and leave the
cookies in the oven. Keep the oven door ajar for an additional 2 to 3 hours.
