1 Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly spray two baking sheets with non-stick
spray.
2 Rinse the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, then toss them in a large
mixing bowl.
3 Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix to ensure they're evenly coated.
4 In a gallon-size resealable bag, combine the grated Parmesan, garlic salt, and
pepper. Seal the bag and give it a good shake to mix everything.
5 Add the coated potatoes to the cheese mixture inside the bag and shake well to
ensure they're covered.
6 Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheets and bake in the
preheated oven.
7 Make sure to turn the potatoes halfway through the baking time.
8 After about 40 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and fork-tender, take them
out of the oven and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch
dressing.
