1 8-oz. tube crescent dough
Cooking spray
All-purpose flour

1 8-oz. wheel of brie
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

1 Preheat the degree oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the crescent roll dough sheet and
place squares into the muffin tin slots.
2 Using a sharp knife, cut the wheel of brie into small pieces. Slice of brie
should fit neatly into each pastry square. Top with a spoonful of cranberry
sauce and sprinkle with pecans.
3 Place the mini muffin tins in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until
the puff pastry dough is golden brown and the brie is melted.
4 Top each bite with a little sprig of rosemary for a festive touch. Serve warm,
at room temperature, or enjoy the next day!
