Fluffy, No-Bake Summer Strawberry Dessert Cake

🧂 Ingredients

4 cups strawberries

plus extra to garnish
1/4 cup lemon juice
15 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo type)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces cool whip or tru whip

plus more for frosting
2 tablespoons butter

melted

Instructions

1 Line 8×4 loaf pan with foil or parchment paper.
2 Mash 2 cups strawberries in a medium bowl, add condensed milk, lemon juice, and
3 cups cool whip. Pour into pan.
3 In food processor mix melted butter and oreo cookies.
4 Press on cool whip mixture. (you are layering the dessert upside down)
5 Freeze 6 hours. Serve by inverting onto plate and removing foil. Frost with
additional cool whip if you like and additional sliced strawberries.
