Recipe Mezcal Negroni

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 Orange zest

  (for garnish)

Instructions

• 1 Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with lots of ice.
• 2 Stir for about 20 seconds - or about 50 rounds- until the drink is chilled.
• 3 Then strain it into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
• 4 Squeeze the orange twist in direction of the Negroni glass
