Chocolate Fudge Brownies

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 cup butter

  melted
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
• 2 Grease 9″ x 13″
• 3 Add the melted butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk, and
  vanilla in a large bowl. Mix everything together.
• 4 Pour into a greased baking 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
• 5 Bake for 30 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
• 6 Add the chocolate chips to a medium-sized saucepan on medium heat.
• 7 Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chip cookies.
• 8 Add the vanilla and mix as the chocolate melts.
• 9 Pour over the brownies.
• 10 Let cool.
