🧂 Ingredients
2 1/2 oz
Split green gram
dhuli moong dal
2 3/4 oz
Split red gram
arhar dal
2 3/4 oz
Lentil
masoor dal
1 tsp
Ghee
32 floz
Water
3 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
haldi powder
1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic
adrak-lasan paste
4 cups
Rice
cleaned

Instructions

Heat the ghee in a wok (kadhai); add the first three ingredients and gently fry
for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook till all the water is absorbed and the dals are
soft. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and rice. Mix well.

Add the remaining water and cook on low heat until all the water is absorbed and
the rice is done.

Serve hot.
