🧂 Ingredients

4 1/2 oz butter
4 1/2 oz castor sugar
2 eggs
1 oz soft flour
4 1/2 oz ground almonds

sieved together

Instructions

1 Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2 Gradually add the beaten eggs.
3 Fold in the flour and almonds, using a metal spoon or a scraper, but do not
overmix.
