2 chicken breasts

fresh or frozen
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1 Place chicken, chicken broth, salt, and pepper into the bowl of the instant pot
electric pressure cooker.
2 Close lid and set to sealing.
3 For frozen chicken: cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
4 For fresh chicken: cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
5 Natural pressure release.
6 Shred and use in any recipe calling for cooked chicken.
