1 cup toasted buckwheat
2 cups cold water
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp sea salt

Rinse buckwheat and drain wel

Combine buckwheat, water, butter and salt in a medium sauce-pan.

Bring to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer on low for 20 minute

When cooked, transfer to a bowl, add additional tablespoon of butter if desired
and serve.
