🧂 Ingredients

15 floz hot

freshly made coffee
8 jiggers Italian grappa or marc
2 jiggers brandy
dash anisette
4 floz single cream
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 small piece fresh orange or lemon rind

Instructions

1 Pour the freshly made coffee into an enamelled saucepan with a lip, add all the
other ingredients, stir and heat to just below boiling.
2 Serve in warmed punch glasses with holders.
