Instructions

1 Place bread on Food Processor cut in small pieces and grind until crumbs form.
2 Heat Olive oil and Butter. Add bread crumbs, horseradish, and wasabi to the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and brown. Cool down.
3 In a small bowl mix goat’s cheese, minced red onions and a splash of lemon
juice.
4 Place a slice of smoked salmon on a dish. Thinly spread approximately 1 oz of
goat’s cheese then firmly make a roll with the salmon, then roll on bread crumbs
mix.
