These Jammie Dodger Blondies are packed full of white chocolate chips, raspberry
jam and topped with a classic Jammie Dodger.

🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat the oven to 180C (160CFan) and line a 9-inch square cake tin with baking
parchment. Leave to one side.
2 In a bowl cream together the butter and both sugars until lovely and light in
colour.
3 Add in the eggs, plain flour and chocolate chips. Mix again until all the
ingredients are combined fully.
4 Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and spread until smooth and level.
5 Add blobs of the raspberry jam randomly to the top of your blondies. Swirl the
jam through the blondie mixture.
6 Add the Jammie Dodgers to the top of the blondie mixture.
7 Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until they are golden in colour and ever so
slightly wobble.
8 Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for 15-20 minutes before
transferring to a wire rack to cool fully.
9 Cut into individual portions and enjoy!
