Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 375.
2 In an 8” cast iron skillet brown the butter and let cool.
3 In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt until combined. Set aside.
4 In a larger mixing bowl combine the browned butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
5 Add dry ingredients in thirds. You can do this with a spatula or hand mixer.
6 Once all ingredients are combined, fold in the milk chocolate chips.
7 Pat the dough in the 8” inch skillet that the butter was browned in.
8 Bake in a 375 oven for 25-30 min.
