Fiesta Ranch Dip

Fiesta ranch dip is made with sour cream, a dry rack packet, corn, black beans,
shredded cheese and just a couple other simple ingredients for a delicious,
crowd pleasing appetizer.

🧂 Ingredients

16 oz Sour Cream
1 oz Dry Ranch Packet
11 oz Mexican Style Corn, drained
15 oz Black Beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz Rotel, drained
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
Chives for garnish, optional
Tortila chips

Instructions

1 First, in a large bowl, add the sour cream, ranch packet, corn, black beans,
Rotel and cheddar cheese.
2 Now, stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.
3 Then, cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least one hour for the
flavors to blend.
4 Next, stir the dip together one last time and add it to a serving bowl.
5 Now, garnish the top with fresh chives and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
