🧂 Ingredients

4 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Canola Oil*

or other flavorless oil
¼ cup water
2 ½ tablespoon granulated sugar*

or granulated erythritol [https://amzn.to/33FxbAd] for sugar free
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sprinkles*

Instructions

1 In a 10 ounce mug, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder until
well incorporated.
2 Next stir in the water, oil, and vanilla, being careful not to over mix. Then
stir in the sprinkles.
3 Microwave for 50-60 seconds or until top is (almost) dry. Be careful not to over
cook.
4 Cool for 1 minute and top with non-dairy whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
