🧂 Ingredients

3 KG lamb chops or mutton chops
2 large onion sliced
2 tbsp green chili paste
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste
4 tbsp thick yogurt
Salt to taste

Instructions

1 In a large mixing bowl. Add 2 large onion sliced, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 2
tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 to 4 tbsp papaya paste, 4 tbsp thick yogurt, salt to
taste mix well.
2 Marination overnight or 24 hours.
3 The next day I make charcoal hot grilled. And add one by one-pieces laying.
4 Each side 7 to 8 min cooked, then flip another side 7 to 8 min.
5 Both side lamb chops golden color.
6 Serve with green chatni and toondoori naan.
