Potatoes
boiled, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup
Pomegranate seeds
anar dana, dried, crushed
2 3/4 oz
Butter
1 tbsp
Coriander
dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
haldi powder
1 tsp
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste

slit
1 tbsp
Green coriander
hara dhaniya, chopped

Instructions

Heat the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan; add coriander powder, turmeric powder,
red chilli powder, and half of the pomegranate seeds. Mix thoroughly.

Add potatoes, salt, and green chillies. Mix gently, so that the spices coat the
potatoes evenly. Lower heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Remove the pan from
the heat.

Serve hot garnished with green coriander and the remaining pomegranate seeds.
