Pumpkin Bread Machine Recipes

🧂 Ingredients
8 tablespoons
melted unsalted butter
(cooled slightly)
1 cup
pure pumpkin puree
2
large beaten eggs
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
2 cups
all purpose flour
1/2 cup
white sugar
1/2 cup
packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon
salt

Instructions

Remove the pan from your bread machine and add the ingredients in the order
listed. (Make sure to beat the eggs before adding)

Add the pan back to the bread machine and lock into place.

Choose the program on your machine that is for quick breads with no yeast. (Mine
is labeled "cake" so refer to your manual for your machine's setting)

After the machine has finished mixing or "kneading" (about 3 minutes after you
started It), you can use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides and make sure
all the flour has been incorporated.

Once the machine is finished, using oven mitts, remove the pan and let it cool
until you can easily handle it before removing the pumpkin bread from the pan.

Once the bread has cooled enough to touch, and slice, serve, and enjoy!
