3 1/2 oz
Green coriander
hara dhaniya

Green chillies

Ginger
adrak, 1 inch piece

Garlic
lasan cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp
Cumin
jeera seeds

Lemon
nimbu juice

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice to a smooth paste.

Store the relish in a dry glass jar, in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, add lemon juice, mix well and serve as an accompaniment.

Note: If garlic is used then omit cumin seeds.
