🧂 Ingredients
400 g
milk chocolate
100 g
mini marshmallows
150 g
speckled jelly beans
1/4 cup
almonds,
chopped
100 g
speckled chocolate Easter Eggs

Instructions

Add the marshmallows, jellybeans, almonds and whatever else you want to add, to
a large mixing bowl.

Place the chocolate in microwaveable bowl.

Slowly melt in short bursts, stirring in between.

When the chocolate has melted, pour on top of the marshmallow mixture.

Stir until everything is covered with chocolate.

Place in small lined baking tray.

Press the speckled chocolate Easter Eggs into the top of the rocky road.

Place in the fridge for at least an hour to set.

Remove from fridge and let sit on the bench for about 15 minutes before cutting
into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
