Palestinian Maqluba Recipe

🧂 Ingredients

1 Stir the meat, spices, and tablespoons of oil in pressure cooker. Cover them
with 12 cups of water.
2 Put on the lid and secure it. Cook it over low medium heat for 45 minutes to 1
hour until the meat is done.
3 In the meantime, heat 2 inches of oil in a large pan. Fry the caulflcauliflower
pieces until golden brown.
4 Drain them and add them to the pot with the rice and 3 tablespoons of the oil
where you fried the cauliflower. Stir them and put on the lid again.
5 Bring the pot to pressure, and cook over low heat for 15 to 18 minutes until the
rice is done, and it absorbs all the water.
6 Release the pressure then serve it hot and enjoy!
