🧂 Ingredients

1 oz Vodka
2 oz Sour apple liqueur
0.5 oz Simple syrup
2 Lime wedges
1 oz Seltzer

(chilled)
1 large Sprig of mint leaves
1 small sprig of mint leaves

(for garnish)
1 Egg white

Instructions

1 In a cocktail shaker, muddle the large mint sprig, lime wedges, and simple syrup
until the mint leaves are bruised, and the lime juices are released.
2 Fill the shaker with ice, then add egg white, sour apple liqueur, and vodka.
3 Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds or until the
outside of the shaker is very frosty.
4 Strain into a coupe or small wine glass.
5 Top gently with seltzer and garnish with the small mint sprig.
