🧂 Ingredients

1.5 oz White rum

e.g. Plantation 3 Stars
0.75 oz Cream of coconut
0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
1.5 oz Chilled soda water
10-12 Mint leaves
Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

1 Combine mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup. Then gently muddle the leaves
to release their essential oils.
2 Add the other ingredients and fill the shaker ⅔ with ice.
3 Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
4 Use Hawthorne straine to strain the cocktail into an ice-filled (double) rocks
glass.
5 Top with chilled club soda. Then gently stir the drink.
6 Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds
