Chocolate Peanut Blondies

Two incredible flavours combined to create these sweet treats, these Chocolate
Peanut Blondies are Vegan and Gluten-free.

🧂 Ingredients

3/4 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar*
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter*
1/4 Cup Vegan Butter

Melted
3/4 Cup Gluten Free Plain Flour*
1 Tbs Aluminium Free Baking Powder*
1/2 Tbs Bicarb Soda*
4 Tsp Egg Replacer Powder
3 Tbsp Plant-Based Milk
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Peanuts*

Instructions

1 1. Preheat the oven to 175C and line a large square brownie tin with baking
paper.
2 2. Whip the sugar, butter and peanut butter with electric beaters until smooth.
Whisk the milk and egg replacer powder separately, before whisking into the
buttery mixture.
3 3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and bicarb. Add the wet
mixture into the flour and slowly incorporate until a batter forms. If mixture
is too thin, add a little extra flour. If it’s too thick, add another tablespoon
of milk. The batter should be that of a thick cake batter.
4 4. Fold through the dark chocolate coated peanuts.
5 5. Scrape the batter into the lined tin and bake for 28 – 32 minutes, or until
an inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool in the tin for 15 minutes
before cutting and serving. Best served fresh and warm!
