Instructions

1 In a pan add some oil then cook your beef then reserve.
2 clean the Ollucos and cut them.
3 In the same pan add onions, garlic, Panca paste, Ají Mirasol and let it cook
until tender.
4 Add your Ollucos, potatoes, beef stock, and beef to the mix, let it cook until
tender, then add seasoning, butter, and parsley, give it a stir and its good to
go.
