🧂 Ingredients

2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon juice

Freshly squeezed
3/4 oz Lavender simple syrup

Store-bought or homemade
1 Egg white
Club soday

Culinary lavender sprig

Dried or fresh, optional

Instructions

1 In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup and egg white. Dry
shake for 10-15 seconds.
2 Add ice. Shake until chilled (approx. 30 seconds).
3 Strain into glass of choice.
4 Top with club soda and garnish with a culinary lavender sprig (optional). Enjoy!
