🧂 Ingredients

2 cups beef broth

or beef drippings
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1 In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring beef broth to a boil.
2 Immediately stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
3 In a small bowl whisk together water and corn starch until fully dissolved. Add
the slurry to the boiling beef broth and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir until
thickened.
4 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5 Remove from heat and serve.
