Peeps Rice Krispie Treats Cake,

🧂 Ingredients

• 10 oz Marshmallows
• ¼ cup Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 5 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
• 1 cup Fruity Pebbles
• ½ cup Butter

  - room temperature
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
• 2 drps Blue Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

• 1 Prepare a 9" round pie or similar plant for nonstick. Place parchment paper over
  the pan and spray that as well.
• 2 In a microwave- safe bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows, carefully stopping
  to stir every 45 seconds until melted. You can alternatively use the stove-top
  method.
• 3 Stir in the vanilla and cereal until combined.
  
  Transfer the combined ingredients to the prepared pan
• 4 Evenly spread the mixture into place in the pan, pressing it in.
  
  Allow the cake to set at room temperature (about 45 minutes to an hour)
• 5 For the frosting, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract
  until creamy.
  
  Then add two to three drops of the blue coloring and mix until combined.
• 6 Use a rubber spatula to fold in the marshmallow fluff.
• 7 Use an icing spatula or piping bag to frost the cake using the marshmallow
  frosting.
• 8 Top the cake with the Marshmallow Peeps and extra Pebbles or decorations of
  choice.
