Vinegar

Instructions

Slit the casing of the sausages, and remove the meat. Cook in a pan with 1 cup
water for 15 minutes or till the meat is cooked and the mixture is dry. Drain
the excess fat.

Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Adjust
seasoning and add vinegar and salt if necessary.

Slit the loaves and fill with the sausage meat. Serve at once.
