okras
1 oz
ghee
3 1/2 oz
sliced onion

fresh green chillies

sliced cloves of garlic
4 tsp
grated ginger
1/2 tsp
turmeric
1/2 tsp
ground coriander
1/2 tsp
cumin
7 1/2 floz
coconut milk
salt

Instructions

Trim the okras and wash in cold water.

Golden fry the onion, garlic, ginger and deseeded and sliced chillies in the
ghee. Stir in the turmeric and continue to fry for a few moments.

Add the okras, coriander, cumin, coconut milk and salt and simmer uncovered for
10 minutes.
