Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan; add wholewheat flour and saute till the flour turns light
brown.

Add hot water, jaggery, and ginger powder. Stir until the jaggery has dissolved
completely. Adjust the sweetness to taste.

Serve piping hot, garnished with almonds.
