🧂 Ingredients

1.5 oz Reposado Mezcal
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
0.5 oz Cardamaro
3 drops Xocolatl mole bitters

Instructions

1 Put your Nick & Nora glass in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to chill it.
2 Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
3 Stir for 15-20 seconds to ensure it's well-chilled and diluted properly.
4 Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
5 (optional) Consider garnishing with a cocktail pick that you put in the glass.
Then let a drop of chili oil run along the cocktail pick to break on the surface
of the drink.
