🧂 Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 egg white
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pecans

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 250° F.
2 Mix coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Combine whisked egg
white, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3 Pour in the pecans, mix until evenly coated. Spread onto a parchment paper lined
baking sheet.
4 Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring pecans every 10 to 15 minutes to
ensure an even browning.
